We are engaged by many architects, designers and developers to commission and source artwork for a wide range of projects. In some cases, we are consulted at the conceptual stage, in others once a building is complete. We also have a large rental art collection which is ideally suited to creating an immediate impact in vacant spaces.

Generally, our brief is to find artwork which will tie in with and carry through a design concept while also fulfilling the requirements of the end-user.

Our broad view of the art market and extensive network of contacts gives us access to the full spectrum of artistic styles and media from flat canvases to 3-D pieces, kinetic art to textiles.

We aim to provide value for money and have a good track record of delivering on time and on budget.

Project Management

Acquisition of artwork drawing on a comprehensive network of contacts and resources built up over 30+ years in the art business.

Access to our online database of over 1,000 artists in the UK and overseas.
Substantial collection of artwork for lease or rental.
Site-specific commissions for working environments and public spaces.
Full project management, including site visit and assessment followed by presentation plus advice on display of artwork, lighting and security.
In-house framing service.
Collection, delivery and installation of artwork by experienced professionals.

We are happy to manage existing art collections and undertake any conservation and restoration work that might be required. In addition, we are able to offer guidance and support in developing long-term art strategies to assist in PR/marketing goals.

The nature of our work as art consultants allows us to be sensitive to the design concept behind a new building or development and to work closely with architects and developers to try and ensure that the final choice of artwork enhances and maximises the space that has been created.

In practice, we often end up acting as intermediaries between designer and end-user, bringing them together, interpreting and managing their interests and representing both in discussions and negotiations with artists.

We have over three decades of experience in this field, working in partnership with architects, designers and developers on projects in the health sector, the hospitality industry and local government as well as a huge range of private and corporate clients.
