Sculpture in country house gardens is becoming a summer tradition as English as strawberries and cream: no self respecting estate dares to be without its contemporary exhibition.
The Grove, a five-star hotel in the 18th century home of the Earls of Clarendon, is the the latest to fill its 300-acre grounds with sculpture for sale, by some well-known names - Phillip King, Nicolas Moreton - and scores of younger artists.
